1) Maruti Suzuki Brezza 2022 (Price: 7.99 Lakhs Onwards)

The Maruti Suzuki Brezza has been designed with the Indian customer in mind. With excellent fuel efficiency and a spacious cabin, this car will be a great addition to any household.

The Brezza is built on a platform that is manufactured by Suzuki Motor Corporation and the model was first introduced back in 2020 when it was launched as the Ignis.

The Hyundai Venue is a subcompact car with a length of 4.3 metres, width of 1.8 metres, and height of 1.4 metres and will be available in two variants:

a petrol variant that will produce 116 bhp at 6000 rpm and 170 Nm torque at 1500-4500 rpm; and a diesel variant that will produce 108 bhp at 4000 rpm and 280 Nm torque between 1500-2750 rpm.

The gasoline engine comes mated to a 6 speed manual transmission while the diesel engine has been paired to a 5 speed manual transmission.

The Hyundai Venue has an AMT option as well which can come in both automatic transmissions mentioned earlier.

The interior features three rows of seats with space for five passengers at the rear and four passengers upfront while the boot space is 308 litres on the petrol variant while it drops to 292 litres on the diesel variant.

Power windows, air conditioning, front power seats, driver’s armrest and roof mounted aerial are all standard across both variants but safety features such as ABS brakes with EBD (Electronic Brakeforce Distribution) or child seat anchor points are not offered by Hyundai on this vehicle yet.

3) Maruti Suzuki Ertiga 2022 (Price: 8.35 Lakh)

The Maruti Suzuki Ertiga is a compact MPV manufactured by the Indian carmaker, Maruti Suzuki. The Ertiga was launched in 2013 as an alternative and a Bigger Version to the WagonR and Swift Dzire.

The first generation of the Ertiga was based on a lengthened version of the Alto platform, which also underpinned the WagonR.

It features a 1.3-litre engine capable of producing 63 bhp at 6000 rpm and 120 Nm of torque at 4200 rpm. The second-generation Ertiga was unveiled at the 2018 Delhi Auto Expo and is based on a global platform that will underpin future models from Maruti Suzuki,

including upcoming cars in India for 2022 like S-Cross, Ignis or Baleno. It is being speculated that the all-new Ertiga will feature two new petrol engines

– one being a 1.0 litre, three cylinder unit with direct injection technology while the other could be a larger displacement diesel engine.

4) Kia Sonet 2022 (Price: 7.15 Lakh)

6) Toyota Glanza 2022 (price: 6.53 Lakh)

9) Tata Punch  2022 (Price: 5.83 Lakh)

Tata Motors has unveiled the new Punch model, which is slated to be launched in the Indian market by 2022.

The company’s president and managing director Guenter Butschek said that while it will take time to develop a car specifically for the Indian market, they will start by importing their best models to begin with.

It is worth noting that Tata already has an electric vehicle on offer internationally – the e-Evoke. However, it would require some modifications and reworking before it can be introduced in India.

10) Hyundai i20 N Line 2022 (price: 9.96 Lakh)

The Hyundai i20 N Line is a hatchback from the Korean car maker that is estimated to launch in 2022. It will be powered by a 1.4-litre turbocharged petrol engine that can churn out 188PS and 250Nm of torque.
